All flower products including bouquets, flower baskets, flower stands cannot be refunded.

All flower workshop or course cannot be refunded.

All products we handle with care before sending out. If there’s any damage during the delivery process, please take photos and send back to us. We’ll see how we can amend.

Reschedule of workshop/course must be 48 hours before the commence of workshop/course.

Reschedule of workshop/course within 48 hours of commence time is not allowed.

All floral materials, tools and 9% GST are included in the price of Workshop/course.

Purchases of $85 or above will have complimentary delivery to your assigned address.

Purchases below $85 either self-pick up at 148 Jalan Besar or charge with flat rate delivery fee of $10.
